Next Step Advisers

In order to assist the work of the Business Education Trust (BET) in support of wounded, injured and sick (WIS) personnel in the Army Personnel Recovery Units (PRUs); Hasler Company, Royal Navy/Royal Marines; and the Personnel Holding Flight (PHF) Royal Air Force, arrangements have been made to allocate one representative from the network of Armed Forces Champions and one from the network of Next Step Advisers to each PRU or equivalent on a geographical basis.

In addition, access to the Jobcentre Plus Disability Employment Advisers (DEAs) is through the nominated Armed Forces Champions.

This will help the Commanding Officers of the 13 PRUs and their RN/RM and RAF equivalents in accessing these three networks
